A Shred of Dignity

God Save the Queen

Sarah Smith  (aka Sandra Solomon) says lets have some dignity. Lets have the courage to call the Quran what it is , hate . We should designate it so. Any reader would agree.  The Muslim teen who murdered a boy at his birthday party recently read Quran beforehand “to give him courage to carry out his intentions.

Its a violation of human rights for governments to label it a religion and protect it. Then it is the host government and host people that are responsible for it's declaration of war on infidels , Jews , violence against women . FGM , pedophilia.

It advocates violation of our criminal codes , lying to and stealing from non believers. It's a declaration of war against us with the stated goal of stealing our country , our land ,  . One has become a total pussy when they give it any sort of nod of legitimacy because then it's not just your government , it's you . Technically when you say something about the nice good Muslims you know you legitimize it your own self. They call you a "dhimmi" ( total pussy ) .

Disagreement with any of this stuff being recognized as less than legitimate religion is labeled Islamophobia . People seem to think that getting called that is akin to getting your head chopped off . Everyone knows the Quran calls for them to get their head chopped off for it . So most know some wonderful Muslims . It's  like a disease. The founders of America did everything in their power to inoculate us . Just look at England who recently imprisoned Brittany Pettibone for days to prevent her from speaking at Speakers Corner in Hyde Park , London , a traditional historic free speech zone in a public  park .

I'm not quoting but sharing my understanding of Smiths project and her arguments for it . She's a Canadian so it's Canadian law she is seeking to change . Sharia law should be criminalized , FGM . Publicly advocating Islam is sedition against any government that's not already Islamic. Look what happened to once merry Britain .

I agree with Sara Smith , lets have some dignity , lets have some balls . Lets call a spade a spade for the sake of our dignity and our children's . So that their ancestors will not have been pussies and handed their once great country over to their enemy. Just enough dignity to let it be known you  don't think their conversion or death is legitimate religion with wonderful people advocating it . A shred of dignity . Leave Islam behind . Shun it, don't pretend you're stupid for it . Speak up . Repent .

Sandra's right . It always was hate literature and everyone looked the other way . Now look at England . God save England and Canada . France , Italy, Germany and Spain , Egypt , and Syria and Iraq , even Turkey and Iran .

It really is a mans place we are responsible . I realize it's the women doing the battle these days . Thanks to Pamela Geller , Brigitte Gabriel , Sandra Solomon , Brittany Pettibone. It's a flavor of what's so hot about EnglishGirl.  I guarantee they are wondering where the men are certainly not at the fore . Free speech takes courage and truth is righteousness  .

God makes some exceptions to this rule. He is the one that sent the Muslims to see what they could destroy and who they could cower. Women are not the ones he expects to get up out of their seat when this voice starts demeaning women, our children and our ancestors . Long ago men should have read the Quran and proclaimed it hate, not religion. It's good for the history lesson . People lived under that once upon a time they were so stupid , cowardly or weak . This is for the record so that we know how low we would go. Now when The Lord saves us we can know it was him and not our governments .

Thank you Lord for not letting America go where we were headed. With the election of Trump is a sign , all of that has changed . God will save England too but he's sure letting them fall far. Remember how when you thought of dignity you thought of the British ? We know they're not so hotsy totsy . Look what they did to Brittany Pettibone !

And we know he saves the rest of the world . Isaiah 19 is about Egypt being delivered from Islam at the end of it they worship the God of Israel in Hebrew . Assyria is also listed in this chapter as having ditched Islam. Assyria in Isaiah's time meant Syria and Iraq basically. They too are to be learning Hebrew to pray to the Lord in  . We are witnessing Saudi Arabia ditching Islamic clerical teaching of the past century to allow women to drive . With that will come the end of male guardianship . Ditching pieces of Islam and the young uns are watching . The women of Egypt  will be wanting some dignity too . We are standing in the door of Isaiah 19 by my prophetic clock. It ends gloriously but "It matters how you stand" - Lavoy Finicum

Another 30 day facebook ban

"We Removed Something You Posted

It looks like something you posted doesn't follow our Community Standards. We remove posts that attack people based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, gender or disability. " - Facebook

The offending post:

That is just wrong . Islam is wrong . The women have as much right to life , liberty and pursuit of happiness as the men . We left a civilized constitution the last time but the mussies lied to us saying they would keep it , now we have to go in there and kick their asses again . You can call yourself Muslims , go ahead , have a Koran , but we can't let you abuse our sisters like that no more now that we had to come there once and take the country . It cost a lot of money and lives . You shouldn't have allowed terrorists to attack us from there or we would still be minding our own business in our own land .

Carrier Oils

Alma Oil

Also know as Almalaki , Indian Gooseberry  is a moderate-size  tree that grows in  India. All parts of the plant are used in various ayurvedic herbal preparations, including the fruit, seed, leaves, root, bark and flowers. Amla shampoos and hair oil are traditionally believed to nourish the hair and scalp and prevent premature grey hair. There is preliminary evidence that its extracts induce apoptosis and modify gene expression in osteoclasts involved in rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis. Experimental preparations of leaves, bark or fruit have shown potential efficacy against laboratory models of disease, such as for inflammation, cancer, age-related renal disease, and diabetes .

200 times the antioxidant content of blueberries .  For many centuries it has been prized by practitioners of Ayurvedic medicine as well as many other groups for its reportedly amazing medicinal attributes as well as for its beneficial properties for hair and skin. Amla is generally available as either a powder or oil. The light brown powder is obtained by drying the entire fruit and grinding it into a powder. The amla oil is  made by soaking the dried fruit in another oil such as coconut, sesame seed, and sometimes mineral oil.  The phytochemcials, gallic and ellagic acid, present in the oil mixture provide antioxidant effects, as well as the antifungal and antiviral.

Almas antioxidants are effective in preventing DNA cell damage from free radicals. Being rich in potassium will help the body have a stronger nervous system improve circulation.

Amla Oil is so rich in  vitamins and minerals and due to the  high iron content in Amla Oil provides more oxygen to the brain improving memory. Some amazing benefits of Amla Oil are :

Improves skin health
Prevents aging
Increases the immune system
Improves hair health
Prevents constipation
Improves nervous system health
Improve memory and brain health
Protect and cure diabetes
Improves cardiovascular health
Prevents Anemia

Almond Oil
Sweet almond oil is easily the most popular carrier oil for many reasons. Almond oil is inexpensive and absorbs into the skin quite quickly Almond oil is rich in vitamins A, B, and E, all of which are beneficial nutrients for healthy skin. Almond oil is light enough to be used as a make-up remover.

Apricot Oil
Apricot kernel oil is light in color with a pleasant, slightly nut scented aroma. It is appropriate for all skin types, but especially effective for sensitive, inflamed, dry, or prematurely aging areas. Apricot oil is readily absorbed by the skin and leaves very little greasy residue.

Argan oil

is known in some cultures as “The Tree of Life.” Argan is an exquisite newcomer to the carrier oil world. Argan is most renowned for being rich in natural tocopherols (vitamin E) and because it contains rare plant sterols not often found in other carrier oils. Several sites report studies whose initial findings seem to indicate anti-cancer properties for these natural sterols. These sterols are uniquely combined in argan oil to make it anti-inflammatory. This makes it a great choice for use with essential oils for arthritic conditions, to increase circulation, and to strengthen the immune system.

Avocado oil

is a rich heavy oil that penetrates deeply into the skin. It is rich in vitamins A, D, and E, all wonderful skin nourishing vitamins. Like all good carrier oils, avocado contains oleic and linoleic acids. Avocado oil is excellent for use with dry or aging skin, with eczema or psoriasis, and for sun or wind damaged skin. Avocado oil is said to have a sufficiently high sterol content to be useful as a carrier when using essential oils for joint and muscle inflammation and pain.

Black cumin (Nigella sativa) oil

is sometimes referred to as an essential oil because of the methods by which it is produced and the size of its molecules, but it is more properly classified as a carrier oil. Black cumin is variously called fennel flower, nutmeg flower, Roman coriander, black caraway, and just plain blackseed. The plant is, in fact, not a cumin at all! Scientific research into the individual components of this oil indicate that it protects from histamine-induced bronchial spasms, explaining its use both internally and as a carrier oil for asthma, bronchitis, and coughing.

Fractionated coconut oil

is another popular choice. Like almond oil, coconut is inexpensive, absorbs quickly, has almost no aroma at all and has the added advantage of a long shelf life at room temperature without rancidity. odorless and colorless; absorbs readily into the skin, leaving not residue; does not stain clothing and easily washes out of clothing and bedding; although absorbing very quickly, liquid coconut oil is an excellent skin moisturizer; does not clog pores.

Grapeseed oil

is another excellent choice as a carrier oil. Grapeseed, like almond, is nourishing to the skin and can be used for hot oil hair treatments in the same way as almond oil. Grapeseed has astringent qualities that help to tighten and tone the skin. Grapeseed oil absorbs more slowly than sweet almond oil but still needs no additional carrier oil to lighten it . It also has a slightly stronger aroma—not unpleasant and mild enough that it is usually well-covered by the aroma of the essential oils.

Jojoba

is a very stable oil with a very low rancidity factor. It has the reputation of extending the shelf life of other carrier oils to which it is added. It is a bit too heavy for use by itself, except on a small patch of skin, here and there. It is wonderful when added as 10%
to 15% of a carrier oil blend.

While jojoba is traditionally categorized as a vegetable oil, it is more properly labeled as a liquid wax. Jojoba absorbs deeply and reasonably quickly into the skin. Its properties closely resemble the natural sebum within human skin and helps to balance the skin’s natural moisturizers. Jojoba oil contains natural anti-inflammatory properties making it an excellent addition to carrier oils that will be used for arthritis or pain.

Rosehip Oil

~ The main properties sought for when using rosehip oil are the vitamins A and C and anti-oxidants. These two vitamins are cytophylactic, meaning that they aid cell regeneration and the sloughing off of old dead cells and cellular waste products. These properties make rosehip oil an excellent choice for anti-aging and for the treatment of damaged skin cells including burns and scars. The combination of anti-oxidants and vitamin C brighten the skin and reduces or removes skin discoloration. The anti-oxidants found in rosehip oil also make it a natural anti-inflammatory. Rosehip oil is excellent for dry, chapped lips

SheaButter

contains vitamin A and the same natural moisturizers produced by the sebaceous glands in the skin, making it a great emollient that softens and strengthens the skin. It improves skin elasticity and a number of skin conditions including blemishes, wrinkles, scars, eczema, and dermatitis. The appearance is white in color with a mild to nonexistent odor. Virgin-Virgin is unrefined and is a tan pale yellowish color and carries a characteristic odor.

Sunflower carrier oil

contains linoleic acid, oleic acid, lecithin, carotenoids and has a high vitamin E content. High oleic sunflower oil has at least 82% oleic acid, giving it greater emollient properties and a longer shelf life. Sunflower oil restores proper moisture balance in skin, whether the problem is dryness or excessive oiliness. This oil is quite heavy and rarely used by itself; best as a small percentage of a carrier oil composite blend.

Tamanu

promotes the formation of new cell growth and the elimination of dead cells . Although tamanu oil is thick and dark in color, when applied to the skin it is readily absorbed and leaves no oily residue. Tamanu butter is renowned for its skin conditioning properties. It is very widely distributed in the cosmetic industry due to its affect on the skin as well as antioxidant properties. Tamanu butter can be used as a carrier oil or just plain for a moisturizer.

Walnut

is very high in linoleic acid and antioxidants. It is used to repair damaged or dry skin and to prevent wrinkles. It is best used as less than 15% of a carrier oil composite blend. Walnut oil contains an anti-oxidant, ellagic acid, which research—still in early stages—is reporting and showing an ability to detoxify several compounds that have been linked to the development of certain types of cancers. High anti-oxidant concentrations have been shown to help fight the signs of aging as well.

Walnut oil, when taken internally (why not just eat walnuts?) creates an increase in the strength and resilience of blood vessels and improves circulation. It accomplishes this by preserving the function of the endothelial cells which line the walls of the blood vessels. This reduces hardening of the artery walls. Hardening of the arteries is considered a major contributor to high blood pressure and heart disease. Walnut oil has a short shelf life and must be kept refrigerated and stored with a tight lid. Walnut oil is certainly not recommended for persons with a nut allergy of any sort without extreme care and caution.

Carrier Oil

This is a blend of 8 different carrier oils (grapeseed, almond, olive, jojoba, avocado, apricot, rosehip, and sunflower.) It is a nice carrier oil to use because it combines all of the properties of the different oils making it very versatile and a good choice for any skin type.

Evening Primrose oil

is used topically and as a supplement. It contains many essential fatty acids including one of the highest concentrations known of GLA or gamma-linolenic acid which is found in very few other plants. These acids are essential for cell structure and improvement of the elasticity of the skin . It nourishes nails, scalp, and hair. Prevents alcohol withdrawal symptoms , treat Alzheimer's-related memory deficiencies, and upset stomach.

Virgin-Vitamin E Oil (Wheat Germ)

is a refined oil with a clear light yellow appearance and bland odor. The refining process reduces some nutrients from the oil but increases the shelf life.

Coconut Oil Solid

Non-fractionated coconut oil is solid at normal room temperatures and white in color. When you put a small amount into the palm of your hand, the heat from your hand immediately melts it to a liquefied form, making it very easy to use as a carrier oil. It absorbs a little more slowly than the fractionated variety but leaves the skin feeling silky smooth.

There are innumerable claims made for the benefits of virgin coconut oil, used both internally and externally. This is an amazingly healthy choice for skin care, scalp health, and as a cooking oil. Coconut oil nourishes the skin, preventing wrinkles, sagging skin, dryness and flaking. Coconut oil complements the anti-bacterial properties of essential oils by adding its own unique properties and is healing to the skin in its own right. Coconut oil is said to prevent protein loss in hair and provide other necessary nutrients for optimal hair health.

Hemp seed oil

is the carrier oil with the highest percent of essential fatty acids (EFA). It is comprised of between 75% and 80% of total EFAs. Likewise, hemp seed carrier oil is also high in omega 3's. The component in carrier oils which make them emollient and lubricating, polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), is also very high in hemp seed oil. Hemp seed oil is one of nature's richest sources of PUFAs. PUFAs account for the lubricating and emollient properties of carrier oils, keeping the skin soft and supple while increasing the moisture retention of the skin. This combination of EFA and PUFAs make hemp seed oil helpful for conditions such as dry, rough skin, minor skin abrasions, acne, eczema and psoriasis. Hemp seed oil is high in vitamin E which is a natural anti-oxidant. It helps to trap and remove excess free radicals that cause damage and lead to premature aging of the skin.

Andiroba oil

is used alone as a treatment for dry skin, acne or wrinkles , muscle pains .s.It is considered to be an effective treatment for several chronic skin conditions including eczema and psoriasis as well as blemishes like wrinkles and age spots. Andiroba oil is derived from the seeds of a tree native to South America called the Andiroba tree. The tree is also sometimes known as Crabwood and Candiroba and has the botanical name of Carapa guianensis. It is abundant in many Amazonian areas including Brazil and Peru, the tree also thrives in parts of Africa. It contains a number of medicinal compound and acids including andirobin, linolenic acid, palmitic acid, oleic acid and stearic acid and many others. It is also high in Vitamins A, C and E which work as natural antioxidants on the skin. Especially effective on dry or cracked skin . It is used as a massage oil often warmed . Made up of over 60% essential fatty acids which are known to help promote natural and healthy hair. Also mixed with water to gargle for treatment of sore throat

Health Benefits of Coconut Oil

The health benefits of coconut oil include hair care, skin care, stress relief, maintaining cholesterol levels, weight loss, increased immunity, proper digestion and metabolism, relief from kidney problems, heart diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, HIV and cancer, dental care, and bone strength. These benefits of oil can be attributed to the presence of lauric acid, capric acid and caprylic acid, and its properties such as antimicrobial, antioxidant, antifungal, antibacterial and soothing properties.

How is lauric acid used by our body?

The human body converts lauric acid into monolaurin which is claimed to help in dealing with viruses and bacteria causing diseases such as herpes, influenza, cytomegalovirus, and even HIV. It helps in fighting harmful bacteria such as listeria monocytogenes and helicobacter pylori, and harmful protozoa such as giardia lamblia. As a result of these various health benefits of coconut oil, though its exact mechanism of action was unknown, it has been extensively used in Ayurveda, the traditional Indian medicinal system. The Coconut Research Center has compiled various benefits in both traditional and modern medicine.

Skin care

Coconut oil is excellent massage oil for the skin as well. It acts as an effective moisturizer on all types of skins including dry skin. The benefit of coconut oil on the skin is comparable to that of mineral oil. Further, unlike mineral oil, there is no chance of having any adverse side effects on the skin with the application of coconut oil. Coconut oil therefore is a safe solution for preventing dryness and flaking of skin. It also delays wrinkles, and sagging of skin which normally become prominent with age. Coconut oil also helps in treating various skin problems including psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema and other skin infections. Therefore coconut oil forms the basic ingredient of various body care products such as soaps, lotions, creams, etc., used for skin care. Coconut oil also helps in preventing premature aging and degenerative diseases due to its antioxidant properties.

Heart diseases

There is a misconception spread among many people that coconut oil is not good for the heart. This is because it contains a large quantity of saturated fats. However, coconut oil is beneficial for the heart. It contains about 50% lauric acid, which helps in preventing various heart problems including high cholesterol levels and high blood pressure. The saturated fats present in coconut oil are not harmful as it happens in case of other vegetables oils. It does not lead to increase in LDL levels. It also reduces the incidence of injury in arteries and therefore helps in preventing atherosclerosis.

Weight loss

Coconut oil is very useful in reducing weight. It contains short and medium-chain fatty acids that help in taking off excessive weight. It is also easy to digest and it helps in healthy functioning of the thyroid and enzymes systems. Further, it increases the body metabolism by removing stress on pancreases, thereby burning out more energy and helping obese and overweight people reduce their weight. Hence, people living in tropical coastal areas, who eat coconut oil daily as their primary cooking oil, are normally not fat, obese or overweight.

Digestion

Internal use of coconut oil occurs primarily as cooking oil. Coconut oil helps in improving the digestive system and thus prevents various stomach and digestion related problems including irritable bowel syndrome. The saturated fats present in coconut oil have anti microbial properties and help in dealing with various bacteria, fungi, parasites, etc., that cause indigestion. Coconut oil also helps in absorption of other nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

Immunity

Coconut oil is also good for the immune system. It strengthens the immune system as it contains antimicrobial lipids, lauric acid, capric acid and caprylic acid which have antifungal, antibacterial and antiviral properties. The human body converts lauric acid into monolaurin which is claimed to help in dealing with viruses and bacteria causing diseases such as herpes, influenza, cytomegalovirus, and even HIV. It helps in fighting harmful bacteria such as listeria monocytogenes and heliobacter pylori, and harmful protozoa such as giardia lamblia.

Healing and infections

When applied on infections, it forms a chemical layer which protects the infected body part from external dust, air, fungi, bacteria and virus. Coconut oil is most effective on bruises as it speeds up the healing process by repairing damaged tissues.

Infections: Coconut oil is very effective against a variety of infections due to its antifungal, antiviral, and antibacterial properties. According to the Coconut Research Center, coconut oil kills viruses that cause influenza, measles, hepatitis, herpes, SARS, etc. It also kills bacteria that cause ulcers, throat infections, urinary tract infections, pneumonia, and gonorrhea, etc. Coconut oil is also effective on fungi and yeast that cause candidiasis, ringworm, athlete's foot, thrush, diaper rash, etc.

Other

Coconut oil is strongly recommended for other benefits which are given below. Usage of coconut oils mildly helps for the following:

Liver: The presence of medium chain triglycerides and fatty acids helps in preventing liver diseases as they substances are easily converted into energy when they reach the liver, thus reducing work load on the liver and also preventing accumulation of fat.

Kidney: Coconut oil helps in preventing kidney and gall bladder diseases. It also helps in dissolving kidney stones.

Pancreatitis: Coconut oil is also believed to be useful in treating pancreatitis.

Stress relief: Coconut oil is very soothing and hence it helps in removing stress. Applying coconut oil to the head followed with a gentle massage helps in removing mental fatigue.

Diabetes: Coconut oil helps in controlling blood sugar, and improves the secretion of insulin. It also helps in effective utilization of blood glucose, thereby preventing and treating diabetes.

Bones: As mentioned earlier, coconut oil improves the ability of our body to absorb important minerals. These include calcium and magnesium which are necessary for development of bones. Thus coconut oil is very useful to women who are prone to osteoporosis after middle age.

Dental care: Calcium is an important element present in teeth. Since coconut oil facilitates absorption of calcium by the body, it helps in getting strong teeth. Coconut oil also stops tooth decay.

HIV and cancer: It is believed that coconut oil plays an instrumental role in reducing viral susceptibility of HIV and cancer patients. Preliminary research has shown indications of the effect of coconut oil on reducing the viral load of HIV patients (Reference).

Finally, coconut oil is often preferred by athletes and body builders and by those who are dieting. The reason behind this being that coconut oil contains lesser calories than other oils, its fat content is easily converted into energy and it does not lead to accumulation of fat in the heart and arteries. Coconut oil helps in boosting energy and endurance, and enhances the performance of athletes.

Coconut oil and Alzheimer's disease: There are reports of  research conducted by Dr. Newport stating that coconut oil is useful for treating Alzheimer's disease. Apart from this there is no scientific evidence or traditional knowledge or coconut oil being used for treating Alzheimer's. It was also not known traditionally that coconut oil helps in the brain function.

Why is coconut oil solid?: Unlike most other oils, coconut oil has a high melting point - about 24 to 25 degress Celcius or 76-78 Farenheit. Therefore it is solid at room temperature and melts only when the temperatures go high. Hence, if you buy a bottle of coconut oil and find it solid, don't think that there is some problem with it. Coconut oil is like this only. And of course, don't keep it in your refrigerator.

How to use coconut oil?: If you are using coconut oil for topical purposes, especially hair care, just melt the oil (if it is solid) by keeping the bottle in the sun or warm water. You can also take some coconut oil out and put it in a small bowl and heat the bowl over a flame (do not use microwave). Then take the oil on your palm and apply it to your hair. If you want to use it for internal consumption, simply replace butter or vegetable oils with coconut oil in your recipes. Remember, you need not switch to coconut oil completely, as you will miss the benefits of other oils and dairy products.

Can I use coconut oil for cooking?: Yes, in most of the tropical coastal regions, people use coconut oil for coooking.

I don't like the taste of coconut oil. What Should I do?: Try using coconut oil in some different recipe. That may help. If you get nauseated after eating coconut oil, don't force yourself. As it happens with any other food item, your body may be allergic to coconut oil and it is best not to consume it.

"The fruit where the goddess of prosperity presides"

The Amla or Neelikkai (Phyllanthus Embilca) is also called Amalka in Hindi.
In Sanskrit its name is Amalaki, which translates as ‘the sustainer’ or ‘the fruit where the goddess of prosperity presides’. The English term for Amla is Indian gooseberry.
Health benifits of Indian Gooseberry  or Amla can be attributed to the high vitamin C content. Amla juice contains nearly twenty times as much vitamin C as orange juice.
